Coral Snakes have bodies that are banded in black, yellow and red with the black bands bordered by yellow warnings to other animals. True coral snakes live mostly in Central and South America. Some live in Asia, Africa, Australia. They are poisonous but seldom bite people



The common coral snake, three feet (0.9) long, is related to cobra family. Its head has Black, yellow and black bands. This snake is found in the United States and Mexico
